Stroryline: Six young couples in different situations, face different quandaries. All their problems are apparently caused by love, too much, too little, love for the wrong people, love for people who don’t want it, unrequited love, amnesia-afflicted love and what have you. Each of the 6 stories is moderately developed, the most believable being the Hindu-Muslim couple – the Ashutosh-Tehzeeb (John and Vidya) story. Then there is the starlet hungry to make it big, hatching up a publicity stunt which backfires – the Kkamini-Rahul (Priyanka-Salman) deal. The 3rd pair is that of Stephanie-Raju (Shannon and Govinda) pair, she searching for her faithless Indian boyfriend and he the Indian taxi-driver who ferries her around the country. And then there is the Shiven-Gia (Akshaye-Ayesha) yuppie marriage fiasco, with the groom with the cold-feet. The 5th story is of the stable married couple – Vinay-Seema (Anil and Juhi), whose 15 year marriage is threatened when the husband wants more than just boring, suburban life. The 6th couple’s story is of Isha-Sohail as a rural couple unable to give vent to their passion. The film runs through these 6 stories almost in parallel, taking us to their respective conclusions.

Stroryline: Imagine being one of the most successful businessmen in the country. Sanjay Singhania (Aamir) is a rich businessman who owns a cellular phone company. Kalpana (Asin) is a model who brags to her friends and peers that she is the love interest of Sanjay, though in reality she doesn’t even know the man.

When Sanjay comes to know about this anonymous admirer of his, he decides to dispel her delusions. But on his way he sees a beautiful woman helping the handicapped kids cross the road. Instantly, Sanjay falls for her. Later, he comes to know that she is Kalpana, the same model who boasted of being his girlfriend.

Sanjay gets introduced to Kalpana but doesn’t disclose his real identity. Love blossoms between the two.

While on a train ride, Kalpana saves a group of young girls from a rowdy bunch of eve-teasing goons. A few days later, the same group of eve teasers, led by their notorious head (Pradeep Rawat) close in on Kalpana. But Sanjay arrives and fights them. In the ensuing scuffle, Kalpana is killed and Sanjay is hit on his head with an iron rod.

Though Sanjay is able to survive the injury, he loses his memory. He gets only flashbacks of what really happened and his short memory makes it difficult to remember things he did just minutes back.

How this man, who can’t even remember the killers of his ladylove, goes about taking his revenge is what the remaining story is about. Jiah Khan plays a medical student who helps Sanjay find the killers.

Fifteen years go by, and Raj decides to come to Simla for a visit and see how Tina has turned out to be. He is already in love with Tina without even seeing her. When he arrives, he instantly falls for Tina, and eventually proposes marriage to her, which she accepts. Their parents rejoice, and both Tina and Raj get engaged. Raj returns to Great Britain. Pooja too goes there, and both meet. Raj eventually realizes that he had been corresponding with Pooja, and he realizes that Pooja is his true love. Pooja also confesses her true feelings for Raj. Both decide to return to Simla and tell Tina and her family this news. Unfortunately, when they return to Simla, circumstances force them to keep their silence, and Raj stays engaged to Tina, but encourages a heart-broken Pooja to find another life-partner.

Stroryline: Karzzzz is a film that explores the psychological traits every individual possesses. Some so powerful, they lead us to vices like greed, obsession, hatred, deceit, betrayal and even Murder.

Set amidst the majestic and breathtaking locales of South Africa, Karzzzz is a remake of the 1980 Subhash Ghai hit Karz.

The protagonist Monty is an extremely successful Rock Star based in South Africa; he is phenomenally popular and is worshipped like an idol. In course of one of the many parties he attends, he meets Tina, a ballet dancer. For Monty, its love at first sight. But, Tina returns home immediately, after leaving Monty fretting. That’s when things start to change.

During one of his rehearsals, Monty starts playing a tune and suddenly goes into a trance, with intense visual flashes – a mansion, a temple, a beautiful girl… Monty collapses unconscious.

On further probe, he finds out; the mansion belonged to a certain Ravi Verma, who died in a tragic accident. Another flash back reveals that Monty was Ravi Verma in his previous life, married to a beautiful girl called Kamini. Monty now has the grave realization of having been reborn in his current persona. His beautiful love interest (Tina) is none other than Kamini’s foster daughter. From here starts Monty’s new journey.

A journey of enthralling vengeance, which he unleashes on Kamini. In close connivance with her wicked accomplice Sir Juda, Kamini had murdered Ravi to take over his estate, leaving his family helpless after his death.

To repay the debt he owed them for all their suffering, Monty now brings his mother and sister out from the dark recesses of their life; he also reunites with Tina and culminates his incomplete love from a previous life.

Monty thus absolves himself; of all the Karzzzz he was reborn with… That’s Karzzzz for you.
